Badu is the truth when it comes to taking music to a whole 'nother level. I can definitely see her working with the likes of Parliment. I also like the concept of the video. She is one of several artists who helped shape and mold my colours of music and how I can love to listen to a wide variety with no problem...This new album will continue to show how she has versitility and staying power.... I'm loving the video! The concept was great because the albums she was diggin' through were actual album covers of retro artist. She put her own lil' twist to it with the special effect of her movement through the vinyl. I actually have that Ohio Players album (Honey). I dig in the crates myself. Not to make beats or produce, but for listening to great music. Like Tweet said, "Gotta put the needle back on the record". But anyway, 9th wonder showed versatility on the production. I wouldn't have guessed it to be him. One good song of many, I'm sure. She has always been the dictator of her work; taking the road less traveled.
