I've made comments b4 on Ms. BADU. Every 1 of her songs really does have a meaning. Most artists wouldn’t even understand! They hear a beat and just run with it. It takes a very skilled person to just sit and think for a while. WRITE a song like it was a puzzle, and form it into artwork. For the most part, what we hear on the radio today...Are just reactions. It's like the artist just write down their immediate thought. No matter how deranged, ignorant or artificial it may be. I remember hearing "Ye Yo" everyday in high school; thinking! This is not your average woman. The music is just an extension of who the person is.<br/>You ever notice how the great artist of our time rarely put out albums? D'angelo anyone? That's why you’re pretty much guaranteed to get great music from those folks. TIMELESS! And they write their own songs! THAT IS RARE! Let's support good music folks! Go get this album!
