Ludacris has received some crucial criticism over the lyrics of his new political track, “Politics: Obama is Here” from a mixtape. Unfortunately, in keeping up with the media’s routine, Obama is catching some heat in the process:
Through his campaign team, Senator Obama released a statement condemning the song as offensive and typical of much of Hip-Hop’s current lyrical content. “As Barack Obama has said many, many times in the past, rap lyrics today too often perpetuate misogyny, materialism, and degrading images that he doesn’t want his daughters or any children exposed to,” explained spokesman Bill Burton. “This song is not only outrageously offensive to Senator Clinton, Reverend Jackson, Senator McCain, and President Bush it is offensive to all of us who are trying to raise our children with values we hold dear. While Ludacris is a talented individual he should be ashamed of these lyrics.”
Here is Fox News AKA Sly Fox take on the Ludacris track.

I have never met a man (black, white, etc.) that had to apologize more for others words and actions, than himself! OK! Maybe Pacman Jones….but these are 2 different scenarios

luda is a artist …he’s supposed to be controversial and provocative…just like Ice Cube was back in his Amerikkka’s most wanted and death Certificate days…shows how powerful Hip hop can be…but it’s cool for white media types like bill O Reilly to ridicule hip hop artists…
