This tuesday be on the lookout for Talib Kweli’s first live concert DVD. “Live at the Shrine” features 17 of the MC’s hits and also includes guest appearances from KRS-One, Strong Arm Steady, and Res. The DVD will also include behind the scenes footage and interviews.
“The crowd forms the ceremony. We’re the masters of the ceremony,” Kweli says in the film’s trailer. “And it’s just a beautiful feeling, man, that transition, the energy, from them to us, us to them. It can’t be contained. It can’t be described. It can only be felt.”
I never had the chance to see Talib in concert, so I am definitely looking forward to this release.

I saw preview of this..looks good…Krondon from Strong Arm Steady is a lyrical beast…Jean Grae is also on there..she is signed to his Blacksmith record label…if he still has it….she is the best female lyricist most of you never heard of.
