For those of you that are Diggy Simmons fans, he will be releasing his mixtape today at 7pm EST. The mixtape entitled, The First Flight, includes DJ Spinking and illRoots.com.
Diggy’s first track from the mixtape Point to Prove hit the net a couple of days ago, and quite frankly I think he is pretty talented. We shall see how the young Simmon’s career unfolds.

What can he rap about that I can relate to?…he’s been living in the lap of luxury all of his life…his pops is Reverend Run and his uncle is Russell Simmons…if the album fizzles, he still eats good and will get a Benz at 16 years old with a penthouse condo…meanwhile there is a struggling artist with real lyrical skills trying to get on…I’m not hating…because I know that this will be some soulja boy type music…he is not Corey Gunz or Sun God.
