This week’s throwback is brought to you by Usher with his hit single “U got It Bad” from his 4 times platinum album “8701” released back in 2001. In my opinion, this particular album really catapulted Usher’s status in the music industry causing other acts to increase their talents. I feel I can speak for many in saying that this album has been a major help through situations that are similar to the songs included. This was on the same album as “U Remind Me”…he showed alot of maturity and showmanship….Chris Brown, Ne-yo, Mario,Justin Timberlake, and Omarion were definitely taking notes…I guess that Cougar love from Chili inspired him.
