Aaliyah We Miss You

Gone, but not forgotten. Nine years ago on this date we lost our R&B angel Aaliyah. Many new faces have graced the music scene since our angel spread her wings, yet none of them can compare to her. With a smooth voice and the ability to dance so gracefully Aaliyah won our hearts and her role in the movie Romeo Must Die, displayed that she also had acting abilities as well. Aaliyah’s career was just starting to take off, and many of us wonder what would she be doing now if she were still on this planet. I am sure she would be a dominant force since she certainly paved the way for many artists including Ciara. Tell MMIM what your favorite memory of Aaliyah is and enjoy the videos below.
