The 53rd Annual Grammy Awards took place last night and even though there weren’t many awards given out, some of your favorite artists gave some great performances. I think Cee-Lo gave the best and most creative performance of the night. Not only did he have muppets as background singers but he introduced the Grammys to Gwyneth Paltrow – the singer.
B.o.B. drops some knowlege on you and opens your eyes to our world today in his video for his track “The Watchers.” You can find this song on his newly released mixtape, “No Genre.” I love this song and video; B.o.B has become one of my favorites.

Last night MTV aired their 2010 Video Music Awards. Overall, the show which was hosted by one of my favorite people who embodies ignorance Chelsea Handler was pretty good. The production was on point and most of the performances were pretty dope. Check out a few below that we at MMIM enjoyed the most and let us know what your favorite VMA moment was.

MTV’s popular series “Unplugged” features rapper B.o.B doing his acoustic set. He also brought out Robin Thicke to step in for Bruno Mars on “Nothin’ On You.” and the lovely Janelle Monae on “The Kids”. I hope you enjoy this performance as much I did.
Check out the video to the Cali Swag District to their hit, “Teach Me How to Dougie.” This is the remix that features, Jermaine Dupri, B.o.B., Red Cafe and Bow Wow. Check it out and let us know what you think. I love it!

Three of my favorite artists all on one track. Janelle Monae recruits B.o.B. and Lupe Fiasco for her remix to Tightrope. In this black and white video, Janelle show off her dancing skills as usual and even B.o.B. and Lupe join in to “tightrope”. Check it out and let us know what you think.
I can’t remember when I began to watch the BET awards, but out of the many years, this was the best show yet! BET really outdid themselves this year, bringing the viewing audience amazing performances and tributes. Mr. West opened the show with his most talked about single, “Power.” Of course the crowd went crazy; this was Yeezy first award show since the MTV awards incident. There were other memorable performances (some good and some not so good.) B.o.B surprised us and brought out Eminem for the remix of his single, “Airplanes.” He also tried to convince us that Keyshia Cole would do better on the hook than Hayley Williams; I did not become a believer.
Chris Brown did one of the greatest tributes to his mentor, Michael Jackson. When “The Way You Make Me Feel” started to play and the curtains revealed CB, the most highest anticipation had set in. If anyone could do a MJ tribute, there was no question it would be Chris Brown. He could not get through “Man in the Mirror” without breaking down and his emotions were felt throughout the room, including mine! Very emotional tribute and Chris deserved the standing ovation he received from the audience.
Other performances included El Debarge, Tyrese, Diddy w/Dirty Money, Rick Ross, Jeezy, Drake, Kirk Franklin, Marvin Saap, Trey Songz, Monica, Deniece Williams, Usher, Ludacris, J Cole and much more.
Prince received the Lifetime Achievement Award with a tribute by Janelle Monae, Ezperanda Spalding, Alicia Keys and Patti LaBelle.
Check out B.o.B. latest video titled Airplanes. One of my favorite cuts from his debut album, it features Hayley Williams singing the hook. The adventures of Bobby Ray is in stores now.
Janelle Monae teams up with B.o.B. and Lupe Fiasco for the remix to her single, “Tightrope.” Janelle also spits a verse on this track. Great remix to a already dope song. Check it out and let us know what you think.
Check out this dope performance of B.O.B and Bruno performing their hot single Nothing On You on the Last Call show with Carson Daly. I cannot get enough of this collaboration.
Also check out the interview with the talented artist and Carson Daly.
B.o.B. along with Bruno Mars performed their hit collabo, “Nothin On You” on Jimmy Kimmel. B.o.B. later did another cut from his debut album, Lovelier Than You. Enjoy!
