Melanie Fiona along with the talented Brian McKnight covered Stevie Wonder’s classic hit “Someday at Christmas.” Beautifully done. Hope to see a collabo from these two in the near future.
One of our favorite R&B men has been working hard on a new album and we can expect to hear his first single What I’ve Been Waiting For in a couple of weeks. The album is slated to feature appearances from Jill Scott and Stevie Wonder.
Billboard Magazine has also reported that Mr. McKnight will be launching a late night talk show on September 26 in conjuction with CW affiliates that will be similar to what Arsenio Hall used to do. The singer currently has a morning radio show on Smooth Jazz KTW-FM and he said he will be relying heavily on the Internet to promote for his upcoming endeavors. I am looking forward to hearing Brian McKnight’s new music, since he has not put out anything since 2006.
