Check out this video of Alicia Keys performing Clocks with Coldplay. Their set is amazing and they I must say they mesh well together. Let MMIM know what you think.

I saw this interview with Chris Martin from Coldplay on Sunday, and I wanted to share it with you all. Within the interview Martin explains how the band uses what they have to do the best that they can, he explains the history of Coldplay, in addition to how he makes an effort to keep his personal life private. It’s amazing because this group is extremely successful, but yet they have remained humble which is a beautiful thing. Many artists should take heed because they could learn a thing or two from this group.
Check out the animated new video from Coldplay titled “Strawberry Swing”. Enjoy!
“Just because I’m losing, doesn’t mean I’m lost, doesn’t mean I’ll stop, doesn’t mean I’m across. Just because I’m hurting, doesn’t mean I’m hurt, doesn’t mean I didn’t get what I deserved, no better and no worse. I just got lost.
Every river that I tried to cross, every door I ever tried was locked. Oh and I’m just waiting til the shine wears off.”
I like Lady GaGa but I’m just not feeling her version of Coldplay’s “Viva La Vida”. I like her own spin she put on the track but I’m just too in love with the original that I can’t give the “Lady” a thumbs up.
But let’s rewind a bit…back to Solange’s cover of “Viva La Vida”. Hers is the best out of the two – in my opinion. She did an awesome job. Solange rocks!
Let us know which one you like better or if you just prefer the original.
My girl Solange had the chance to cover Coldplay’s “Vida La Vida”. I think she did her thing with this song. Her energy and stage presence was on point.
What do you guys think?
