Check out these clips from Jennifer Hudson’s and Robin Thicke’s concert that took place at Madison Square Garden and MGM Grand in Connecticut. Jennifer Hudson does an amazing job singing I Am Telling You and Robin Thicke also did a great job performing Dream World. You may want to check out this tour if it has not come to your city yet. For those of you who are lucky enough to catch Oprah, don’t forget to tune in today! She will have special guest Jennifer Hudson on the show. Jennifer will be there to talk about everything, from her album, and how well it is doing on the charts, her upcoming wedding and her dealing with the loss of her family members. She will also perform her current single, “If This Isn’t Love.”
And it gets better…funny man Steve Harvey will also be a guest on the show today. I will definitely be “youtubing” this show later since I won’t have to opportunity to catch it. Happy Friday!
Check out Beyonce’s stellar performance below of Halo at the 40th Annual NAACP awards. She also won the award for Outstanding Female Artist. Let MMIM know what you think of her performance.
Jennifer Hudson released her new video for “If This Isn’t Love” yesterday. I love the song, but the video is just okay for me. Jennifer looks GREAT though.
After an emotional performance yesterday at the Grammy’s and winning Best R&B album, J-Hud is adding head liner to her recent list of accomplisments. Ms. Hudson and Robin Thicke are slated to go on a five week tour that will begin April 2nd in Philadelphia. The tour will conclude in Houston on May 8th. Let MMIM know if you will be purchasing tix for this show.
So we all know that the Grammy’s took place last night. If you missed it, you missed a great show! There were so many appearances and some amazing performances. MMIM wants to know, who you do you think had the best performance? For me, its a tie between J-Hud and the now known “Rat Pack” for “Swagga Like Us”.
After much anticipation of this performance and her appearance, Jennifer Hudson gave an emotional tribute. She sang, “You Pulled Me Through”. I’m not sure if there was a dry eye in that audience because I almost teared up myself. She held it togehter though and delivered an outstanding performance. She also won for Best R&B album.
For the “Swagga Like Us” performance, I thought it was hot from beginning to end. I didn’t expect to see M.I.A. on stage especially since last night was her due date but they all killed it.
Coldplay’s performance was also a memorable one. First, “Lost” with Jay-Z and the oh so popular, “Viva La Vida”. I tell you, that Chris Martin is an animated one.
Out of all the artists that performed last night, which performance were you feeling more?
This Sunday at the Grammy’s Jennifer Hudson performance will be an emotional one. Access Hollywood has reported J-Hud will sing “You Pulled Me Through”. With the recent events that Jennifer and her family has been through, I’m sure that this ballad will touch her in a way like no one else.
For those of you that may have missed Jennifer Hudson’s Superbowl performance, she did an excellent job!!! It actually was one of the more exciting moment’s from that boring a** game, with the exception of the last five minutes. Let MMIM know what you think.
I’m glad to see Jenny back to work as she prepares for not only her performance at this year’s Super Bowl but she also started filming her new video. Here are pics from the set of her new video “If This Isn’t Love.”
