Lyrical Analysis: Gibberish

“Gibberish” is one of my favorite songs from Ryan Leslie’s current album, but its almost one of the most confusing songs that I have ever heard. I even tried to google a few lyrics, and not everyone has a complete understanding of this song. I believe he is singing about a woman, but what about her? Is he describing her looks or how she makes him feel? This is definitely a great title for this song because it sounds just like Gibberish but I have to applaud Ryan for his creativeness. Events This Weekend

If you will be in the DC area and looking for something to do this weekend, you are in luck!

Saturday, Eric Roberson will be town and performing at The Scene – 2221 Adams Place, NE Washington DC. You can purchase tickets in advance for $35, more at the door. Show begins at 7 pm.

Sunday, Estelle and Ryan Leslie will be performing at the 9:30 club. This show will be jammed packed so make sure you buy your tickets in advance and get there early! Tickets are $35 and doors open at 7 pm. 930 club is located on 815 V Street, NW.
