Apparently, Hip Hop can be used to inspire “change we can believe in.” “Vote for It in 08″ and the Hip-Hop Summit Action Network, along with online marketing company CPX have come together to encourgae youth to go out and vote. This is an excellent opportunity for celebritites to use their star power in a postiive light, since so many individuals look up to them. Check out the PSA below which features appearances from Flo-Rida, Russell Simmons, Snoop Dogg, Ciara , Jim Jones and many other influential artists.

First Jay, then Mary now Snoop…he is next in line to have his own VH1 Storytellers Special. The live concert will be in front of a small intimate audience as Snoop tells a story to introduce each song or any memories he may have about it. Snoop will perform songs from his new album “Ego Trippin,’” as well as some old favorites. Special guests to perform are Doug E. Fresh, Charlie Wilson, Too Short and Mistah FAB.
VH1 Storytellers: Snoop Dogg premieres Monday, March 31 at 10 p.m. Eastern on VH1.
