Cute video but I’m still not feeling the song. This is the video for Nicki Minaj and Will.i.am’s collabo’s “Check it Out”.

Last night MTV aired their 2010 Video Music Awards. Overall, the show which was hosted by one of my favorite people who embodies ignorance Chelsea Handler was pretty good. The production was on point and most of the performances were pretty dope. Check out a few below that we at MMIM enjoyed the most and let us know what your favorite VMA moment was.
Good to hear new music from Will.I.Am. His latest track entitled Check it Out has a pop sound with a special appearance by Nicki Minaj. Somehow it still flows perfectly though. Let MMIM know what you think.

Kelis, along with Will.i.am performed her new single, Acapella on Jimmy Kimmel. I wasn’t really feeling this performance on her outfit. Check it out and let us know what you think.
Not impressed with the video but I am in love with the song. Usher drops another video, the day of his album release for “OMG” ft. Will.i.am.
Billboard released their list of hottest producers of the decade and some of your favorites made the list. I do agree with some of the picks but I have to ask where is Rodney Jerkins??? He has worked with some of the hottest artists of the decade and have produced several hits. Come on now Billboard, he definitely deserved a spot on this list.
What you do think? Who do you think Billboard over looked? Or who could have been left out?
1. The Neptunes
2. Timbaland
3. Kanye West
4. Scott Storch
5. Will.i.Am
6. Lil’ Jon
7. Stargate
8. Bryan-Michael Cox
9. Jermaine Dupri
10. Dr. Luke

Check out Beyonce’s stellar performance below of Halo at the 40th Annual NAACP awards. She also won the award for Outstanding Female Artist. Let MMIM know what you think of her performance.
This is Will.i.am new video for “She’s A Star.” I’m going to blame his lateness on this video for working on other artists’ projects. I know he is a busy man but he didn’t have to wait this late to put this video out. I remember buying “Songs About Girls” almost 2 years ago.

Will.i.am has created another video filled with celebrities endorsing Obama. The video also includes samples of Barack Obama speeches. “We Are the Ones [We’ve Been Waiting For].” For this video, Macy Gray and Tyrese sing their endorsements for the candidate. And actors Regina King, Tichina Arnold, John Leguizamo, George Lopez, Jessica Alba, and Kerry Washington chant “O-ba-ma.”
